As managing owner Cindy is committed to partnering with our clients and tailoring a results-oriented approach to their staffing requirements. Cindy's unflinching commitment to excellence and desire for continuous improvement drives our ability to deliver exceptional quality and service to both our clients and talent. Cindy has over twenty years of experience in the staffing industry with an emphasis on the development of successful staffing programs for companies of all sizes and types. Her extensive background and expertise allow her to create and implement unique and effective solutions to satisfy a variety of staffing requirements. Cindy has implemented contingency staffing programs for large vendor on-premise relationships, national accounts and has been instrumental in the marketing and business development for her employer organizations.Back to Top

Bella Services LLC

The company now known as Bella Services was founded in August of 2002 and is certified by the Florida Department of Management Services as a Minority Business Enterprise (women-owned). The company specializes in placing administrative, accounting, medical administrative, human resources and customer service talent with value driven companies on a direct, temporary-to-hire and temporary basis.

Bella is dedicated to servicing a segment of the market commonly under served by most national staffing companies. These client companies recognize the value of partnering with talent acquisition professionals who provide extremely well-screened qualified employees along with unparalleled levels of customized service. Our clients understand and appreciate the lengths to which we go to achieve a successful result.
